Product availability

The orders that are made through the Web www.altanative.es are subject to the availability of it or the products that make up the order. If the order consists of several products and some / or all of these are not available, the customer will be notified of this circumstance through the means of communication provided and the amount will be reimbursed through the same system used for payment. , in case they had not been paid, no charge will be made for it or for the products that were not available. The lack of availability of any or all of the products that constitute the order supposes the partial or total cancellation of the sale.

Purchase orders

1. The Purchase Orders will be processed by electronic means from the web, the blanks having been completely completed and each and every one of the requested data being provided as mandatory.

2. Upon receipt of a Purchase Order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address indicated in the Purchase Order (Confirmation).

3. In the event that at the time of receipt of a Purchase Order, and prior to the sending of the Confirmation, there were no available stocks of the Product or Products object of said order, the Client will be offered the possibility of:

• Wait until the product is available.

4. The costs of packaging, packaging and shipping of the purchased products are not included in the price of the product.

Payment

Delivery

Alta Native S.L. It only makes shipments to Peninsular Spain.

The delivery time of the products will depend on their availability at the time of ordering.

The delivery of all our products is done through urgent transport agencies. The customer can check the status of their order through the website or through the customer service department.

The delivery time will be as follows:

• For orders placed before 12 noon the delivery time will be 24 hours.

• For orders placed after 12 noon the delivery time will be 48 hours.

For the delivery of the shipment, the Client agrees to be at the address indicated for delivery either by himself or by a person authorized by him. In the event that none of these people are found at the indicated address or if delivery cannot be made due to erroneous data, the courier company in charge of shipping and delivery will contact the customer, according to the data that it has provided us, to set an alternative delivery date.
